CV Law Associates is hiring an Associate to join its Bengaluru Urban office on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves handling documentation, conducting title due diligence, managing property and civil matters, and participating in litigation processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle documentation and conduct title due diligence on properties.
- Manage property and civil matters effectively.
- Draft and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, and writ petitions.
- Participate in litigation processes and other related legal work.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Membership in the Karnataka Bar Council.
- Experience in documentation, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Proficiency in handling property and civil matters.
- Skills in title due diligence and litigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
