CV Law Associates is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore Urban. The Associate will handle documentation, title due diligence on properties, property and civil matters, and participate in litigation, along with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal documentation and related processes.
- Conduct title due diligence on properties.
- Manage property and civil law matters.
- Participate in litigation processes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, and writ petitions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Membership with the Karnataka Bar Council.
- Experience in documentation, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience in handling property and civil matters.
- Skills in title due diligence on properties.
- Litigation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
