CV Law Associates is hiring an Associate to join their office in Bangalore Urban for a full-time on-site role handling legal drafting, litigation, and property due diligence matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Conduct property title due diligence.
- Manage litigation processes.
- Draft and review plaints, written statements, writ petitions, and other legal papers.
- Conduct legal research.
- Provide timely legal advice to clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in documentation, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Knowledge of property law, civil matters, and title due diligence.
- Litigation skills, including preparation and management of court proceedings.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary/Stipend
