Details of the Job/Internship
CV Law Associates is seeking a full-time Associate to join the team in Bangalore Urban.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents such as plaints, written statements, writ petitions, and agreements.
- Conduct title due diligence and verify property-related documents.
- Handle matters relating to property disputes and civil litigation.
- Assist in litigation processes, including research, case preparation, and court-related tasks.
- Manage documentation workflows and ensure timely completion of legal paperwork.
- Work independently on assigned matters while coordinating with the senior legal team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Enrolled with the Karnataka Bar Council.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Strong knowledge of property and civil laws.
- Experience in litigation and title due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary/Stipend
