Details of the Job/Internship

CV Law Associates is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents including plaints, written statements, affidavits, and petitions.
• Assist in trial court proceedings related to civil litigation.
• Communicate with clients for case updates and information gathering.
• Support senior advocates with case preparation and hearings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution in Karnataka.
• Must be a resident of Bengaluru.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Kannada and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.

Salary/Stipend
