Das Law Associates is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of experience in conducting Title Search Reports for Banks and NBFCs to join their Rajarhat office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence on properties.
- Draft and review Title Search Reports.
- Advise clients (Banks and NBFCs) on property-related legal matters.
- Liaise with government departments and other stakeholders.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of property laws.
- Excellent analytical skills.
