Role and Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings and appearances before the High Court of Karnataka, Trial Courts in Bengaluru and outside, Tribunals in Bengaluru, Arbitration, and real estate advisory and documentation.
Eligibility
Candidates should be able to read Kannada (mandatory), be conversant with research using online databases, and be acquainted with procedures in High Court and Trial Courts.
