Details of the Job/Internship

Dave & Girish & Co. is seeking a candidate for the position of Associate to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and preparing case strategies.
• The role also involves collaborating with other departments within the firm and staying updated with relevant legal developments.

Eligibility

• Legal documentation and legal research skills.
• Ability to provide legal advice and prepare case strategies.
• Experience in representing clients in court.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
