Details of the Job/Internship

Diaz Legal is hiring Associates (Advocates) with 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience to join their office in Sector 63, Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research.
• Representing clients before courts and tribunals including High Court, District Court, TDSAT, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, and Arbitration forums.

Eligibility

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 6 months to 1 year post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
