Currently practicing in Jaipur, he regularly appears before the High Court, DRT, NCLT, District & Sessions Court, and various other tribunals and fora. Known for his ability to address complex legal issues, he specializes in crafting straightforward solutions to intricate challenges.
Details of the Job/Internship
Divanshu Gupta Law Chambers is looking to hire recent law graduates (PQE - 0 to 3 years) for joining on immediate basis at their office in Jaipur.
Non-exhaustive category of fora where our matters usually come up are:
- High Court.
- NCLT.
- DRT.
- Commercial Court.
- Consumer Commission.
- Cooperative Societies Tribunal.
- Arbitration before Retired Judges/Tribunals.
- Special Judge, Anti Corruption Cases.
- Rent Tribunal.
- Central Government Industrial Tribunal.
- RERA.
- Magistrate Court, Negotiable Instruments Act Cases.
- All other subordinate courts for miscellaneous civil and criminal cases in Jaipur and other districts of Rajasthan.
Timings: 10 am to 8 pm (subject to work requirements) | Only Sunday is off (subject to work requirements)
Role and Responsibilities
Broad area of work is civil and commercial litigation along with white collar crime matters. There will also be transactional law/drafting/documentation and due diligence work.
Eligibility
Law graduates (PQE - 0 to 3 years).
Salary/Stipend
Rs.18,000 per month.
