DLS Law Offices is hiring an Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join its Bhubaneswar office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research for litigation and transactional matters.
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Assist senior lawyers in court hearings, arbitrations, negotiations, and client consultations.
- Manage client communications and maintain accurate case documentation.
- Support matters involving corporate, commercial, regulatory, industry-specific, and revenue laws.
- Contribute to internal knowledge initiatives and legal publications.
