Details of the Job/Internship
DLS Law Offices is hiring an Associate with 2 years of experience to join its General Corporate / PE–VC / M&A practice at the Noida office. The role involves advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions, including private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, with direct exposure to high-value mandates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed legal research, analysis, and due diligence on corporate transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, transaction documents, board resolutions, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda.
- Assisting in structuring and execution of PE/VC funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
- Advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and statutory filings under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and related laws.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general corporate advisory, PE/VC transactions, and M&A matters.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent professional communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills.
- High standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
