Details of the Job/Internship

Draftsmen & Attorneys is hiring an Associate for a full-time on-site role in Jammu. The Associate will handle legal research, draft and review legal documents, represent clients in court, and provide general legal advice while working closely with senior attorneys.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze legal precedents.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Represent clients in court.
• Provide legal advice.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys.

Eligibility

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in litigation is mandatory.
• Proficiency in legal research and summarizing precedents.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Client representation in court and providing legal advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
