Details of the Job/Internship

DS Legal is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform high-level drafting and reviewing of various commercial agreements.
• Manage and advise on Intellectual Property matters for the firm's clients.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis for complex commercial transactions.
• Ensure technical accuracy and legal soundness in all drafted documents.
• Assist senior partners in client advisory and practice management.

Eligibility

• Possession of a Law degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated strong experience in Intellectual Property and Commercial Agreement Drafting.
• Must be detail-oriented with sharp analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to join the firm immediately is highly preferred.

Salary/Stipend
