Details of the Job/Internship
DSA LEGAL is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their Litigation Team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and other essential legal documents.
- Appear in various courts to represent clients across a range of legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on evolving laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all procedural deadlines are met.
- Support Partners and Senior Associates in case preparation and strategy.
- Coordinate with a pan-India network of lawyers for cross-jurisdictional matters.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with the firm’s clients.
Eligibility
- Degree in LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Solid legal research skills and proficiency in legal drafting.
- Ability to handle court appearances independently and confidently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
