Dua's & Dua's Advocates & Consultants is hiring a full-time Associate with experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution to join their office in Delhi, India. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and providing strategic legal advice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Represent clients in court and assist in litigation matters.
• Advise clients and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and team members on legal strategies.
• Handle matters related to arbitration, matrimonial disputes, and criminal litigation.

Eligibility

• Must be a registered member of the Bar Council of India.
• Possess a Law degree (LLB or higher) from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in court appearances, including drafting, filing, and presenting cases, is preferred.
