Details of the Job/Internship

Edictum Law & Co. is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Frequent court appearances.
• Drafting legal documents and case briefs.
• Conducting detailed legal research.
• Formulating arguments and case strategies.
• Managing case progress and maintaining client communications.
• Briefing and conducting conferences with seniors.

Eligibility

• Post Qualification Work Experience in litigation of 3-4 years.
• Enrolled as an advocate with a state bar council and should have cleared the All India
• Bar Exam.
• Practice covering all major fields of law (Civil, Commercial and Criminal)
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases efficiently.
