Details of the Job/Internship

Elixir Legal Services is hiring an Associate with 5-15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive legal support to clients.
• Conducting detailed legal research and analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in case strategy development alongside senior attorneys.
• Representing clients before courts and tribunals.
• Managing client communications to ensure seamless legal service delivery.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution (LLM is an added advantage).
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 5–15 years of prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proven expertise in civil & criminal litigation, dispute resolution, and bankruptcy matters.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
