Details of the Job/Internship

Emerse Legal is looking to hire a lawyer with a PQE of 1-2 years for the position of associate at its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• The position will involve providing routine legal advice, including to global and innovative technology companies, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including software-as-a-service contracts, and supporting other lawyers in the firm, primarily in the areas of general corporate, intellectual property, data privacy, information technology, and labor laws.
