Details of the Job/Internship

Ethikore Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions.
• Handle litigation matters with reasonable independence under supervision.
• Appear before forums such as NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, and District Courts.
• Assist in insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
• Support limited corporate advisory work.
• Ensure compliance with filing procedures across courts and tribunals.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience or appearances before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, and District Courts.
• Strong drafting skills in litigation documents.
• Familiarity with filing procedures across courts and tribunals.
• Sound understanding of corporate laws, arbitration, and insolvency framework.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.

Salary/Stipend
