Falcon is hiring Law Graduates for the position of Associate having a PQE OF 1-2 Years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Duties will include contract review and negotiation, regulation review and advisory, and investor management for allotment of shares, secondaries etc.
- The role is exciting, the people are fun, and the candidate will get to work on matters that tangibly impact the bottom line of a fast growing company.
Eligibility
- The person should have 1-2 years’ PQE and must have experience in contract review and negotiation.
- Law firm experience is not a must, but will be a plus.
- Working in tech/fintech and handling matters relating to RBI regulations is also a bonus.
