Details of the Job/Internship
Foresight Law Offices India is hiring a Principal Associate with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end corporate and M&A transactions, including structuring and closing.
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive due diligence and detailed risk assessments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction and commercial documentation.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and compliance matters.
- Manage key client relationships and coordinate with external financial and strategic advisors.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute actively to the firm's practice development.
Eligibility
- 6–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong exposure to corporate law, M&A, and transaction execution is mandatory.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and corporate strategy advisory.
- Exposure to anti-corruption compliance is highly preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.
