Details of the Job/Internship

Fox Mandal & Associates is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate non-litigation to join their offices in Mumbai or Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate transaction documents.
• Conduct title due diligence and provide advisory services.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• 2 to 5 years post-qualification experience in real estate non-litigation practice.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Marathi.

Salary/Stipend
