Details of the Job/Internship

Gathraj & Co. is hiring an Associate with 3+ years of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution to work closely on diversified legal matters before various courts in Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal pleadings and documents.
• Appear and argue matters independently when required.
• Assist in matters before the Gujarat High Court, Commercial Courts, Trial Courts, and Consumer Forums.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters effectively.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Must be residing in Ahmedabad.
• Strong drafting and communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Gujarati is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Interest in long-term association and professional growth.

Salary/Stipend
