Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate(s) must have good research and drafting skills and shall have a prior experience of working in dispute resolution laws.
Eligibility
She/he must be having atleast 2 years of experience of arguing and appearing independently before Hon'ble Bombay High Court, DRT Courts, Hon'ble NCLT Court, Hon'ble District Courts, at Thane and Navi Mumbai, Hon'ble City Civil Court, Hon'ble Consumer Court and State Commissioner Forum.
