Details of the Job/Internship

GnS Legal is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks related to commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients in various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across New Delhi.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective dispute resolution strategies.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis for complex commercial cases.
• Prepare, draft, and vet pleadings and other legal documentation.
• Participate in the firm's growth initiatives and dynamic project workflows.
• Ensure all applications and filings are managed within strict professional timelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a litigation-focused role.
• Demonstrated passion for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Experience specifically within the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and evolving team environment.
