Details of the Job/Internship

Goldmount Advisors is hiring an Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling day-to-day legal tasks, including research, drafting and reviewing documents, and assisting in client meetings and negotiations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
• Assist in client meetings and negotiations.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Bar admission in India.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate, media, and related practice areas.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
