Details of the Job/Internship

Goswami & Nigam LLP is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Gurgaon office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and corporate litigation before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Assist in arbitration and NCLT proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients and manage multiple matters efficiently.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience with a reputed law firm preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
