Details of the Job/Internship
Goyel & Goyal is hiring an Associate – Corporate & Transactions with a minimum of 2 years of PQE to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment documentation for company and investor clients.
- Conduct legal due diligence on investee companies.
- Provide general corporate advisory services.
- Review and advise on commercial contracts.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of PQE in corporate advisory and/or VC transactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Keen interest in venture capital and regulatory landscape in India.
