Details of the Job/Internship
GP Legal / Chambers of Pujitha Gorantla, Adv. is hiring Law Associates / Junior Lawyers with 2 years of mandatory litigation experience to join their office in Hyderabad/Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear and assist in proceedings before the High Court, District Courts, and various Tribunals.
- Participate in client conferences and contribute to developing legal strategies.
- Interact directly with clients and manage ongoing professional relationships.
- Draft complex legal pleadings, applications, and other court-related documents.
- Assist in matters pertaining to the National Medical Commission and other high-profile corporate cases.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support litigation strategy and arguments.
Eligibility
- Possession of an LLB or LLM Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of mandatory litigation experience (freshers or those with less experience will not be considered).
- Strong proficiency in both English and Telugu languages.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
