Gravitas Legal is hiring an Associate for General Corporate and Real Estate with experience of 0-1 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform legal drafting and research for general corporate and real estate matters.
• Provide strategic advisory support to clients and internal teams.
• Engage in direct and confident client interactions to address legal requirements.
• Conduct analytical reviews of legal documents and scenarios.
• Support the firm's real estate practice with due diligence and documentation

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Law Graduate (LLB).
• Experience: 0 - 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Competencies: Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Soft Skills: Confidence in managing client interactions and strategic advisory capabilities.
