Details of the Job/Internship
GS Law Attorney is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex issues to support case development.
- Draft and review a variety of contracts, agreements, and formal legal documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive case strategies for both litigation and advisory matters.
- Represent clients in court and before other judicial bodies when required.
- Ensure all legal processes and documents maintain strict compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage multiple case files simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
- Collaborate with the internal team of attorneys to refine legal arguments and service delivery.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Mandatory Enrollment as an advocate with a recognized Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal research, analytical thinking, and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and court representations.
- Familiarity with local and national legal compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
- Preferred: Prior experience in litigation, corporate law, or other specialized practice areas.
