Details of the Job/Internship
Harsh Malik Law Offices is hiring an Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support corporate litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Assist in financial audits, compliance, and forensic investigations.
- Collaborate with senior advocates, chartered accountants, and clients.
- Attend court proceedings, tribunals, and other forums as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and litigation support.
- Experience in corporate law, commercial disputes, and taxation law.
- Proficiency in document analysis, due diligence, and contract structuring.
- Familiarity with financial audits, RERA compliance, and forensic investigations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Additional certifications such as CA or CS are an advantage.
