Details of the Job/Internship

Holla Associates is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of litigation experience to join its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in Intellectual Property Rights litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents and manage filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Support senior lawyers in handling complex legal cases.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide legal counsel and client support.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of litigation experience in City Civil Court or High Court.
• Strong knowledge of trademark, copyright, and patent laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in English and spoken Kannada.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
