Details of the Job/Internship

HS Legal – Advocates and Consultants is hiring an Associate Advocate with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters and assist in case preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with clients and provide legal support.
• Assist seniors in case management and appearances.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with at least 2 years of PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong grasp of legal principles, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
