They provide substantial exposure to legal professionals in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law. The firm operates from its office located in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.

Details of the Job/Internship

HT Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation Proceedings.
• Handle Company Law matters and cases related to Personal Insolvency.
• Manage Real Estate and Homebuyer-related cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Manage other legal proceedings initiated under the IBC framework.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Mandatory prior experience in IBC or CIRP matters.
