Details of the Job/Internship

Ikigai Law is hiring an Associate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to join its Venture Capital team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed due diligence for PE/VC transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents.
• Independently manage multiple live transactions.
• Ensure accuracy, structure and compliance in all documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for transaction execution.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Mandatory prior experience in PE/VC transactions.
• Strong drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.

Salary/Stipend
