Details of the Job/Internship

ILA&C Law Advocates is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience in corporate law to join their office in New Delhi. The role requires proficiency in corporate and commercial laws, strong contract review skills and the ability to produce high-quality written work.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate law.
• Proficiency in corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent contract review skills.
• Strong writing abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
