Details of the Job/Internship
IMS Lex Advisory is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on company law and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Draft and vet a wide range of commercial contracts and specialized transaction documents.
- Execute comprehensive due diligence for M&A projects, identifying legal risks and compliance gaps.
- Assist in the structuring and advisory phases of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Manage regulatory filings and ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage high-stakes project timelines.
- Maintain a sharp focus on document quality and precision throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate from a reputed institute.
- Mandatory: Enrolled member of the Bar Council of India.
- 1–3 years of prior experience in General Corporate and M&A Advisory.
- Proven track record in conducting due diligence and drafting transaction-related documents.
- Solid understanding of Company Law, SEBI regulations, and other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent communication, time management, and quality-control skills.
