IndiaLaw LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advising and formulating legal strategy for litigation.
- Handling court proceedings and appearances before the court, tribunals, etc.
- Drafting of pleadings, notices etc.
- Attending client meetings
- Briefing external counsel meetings.
- Legal research and knowledge management.
Eligibility
Years of experience: 2-3 years.
Minimum qualification: LLB.
