Details of the Job/Internship

India Law Alliance is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• LLB (3-year or 5-year program).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a law firm.
• Experience in Litigation, Arbitration & Advisory.
• Proficiency in drafting, pleadings and appearances before High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial forums.
• Exposure to Commercial Disputes, Debt Recovery, Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and handle client interactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
