Details of the Job/Internship

Indus Prompt Legal LLP is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves working as a Litigation Associate handling matters related to tax litigation, economic offences, and white-collar crime, with opportunities to develop expertise in tax law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation matters relating to GST, economic offences, and white-collar crime.
• Conduct legal research and prepare drafts for litigation matters.
• Support court procedures and filings.
• Assist in handling tax litigation and related legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of prior experience in litigation.
• Experience in tax litigation or PMLA matters will be preferred.
• Sound understanding of court procedures and filings.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in tax law.

Salary/Stipend
