Details of the Job/Internship

Innovatus Law is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and Arbitrations in New Delhi. Internship experience will not be considered.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting of SLPs, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, and Petitions/Applications before NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, RERA, and District Courts in NCR.
• Appearance before all Courts, Tribunals, and in Arbitration matters.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of PQE in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
• Proficiency in Commercial Laws.
• Excellent research skills and academic bent of mind.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command over language.
• Permanent residents of Delhi NCR will be given preference.
• Candidates with work hour or work day restrictions should not apply.

Salary/Stipend
