Details of the Job/Internship
Innovatus Law is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its New Delhi office. The role involves drafting, legal research, and court appearances, with exposure to matters before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and similar forums. The work spans writ litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters, advisory work, and GST and allied areas.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in writ litigation matters.
- Work on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code–related cases.
- Support advisory assignments and GST-related matters.
- Conduct legal research and drafting.
- Assist in court appearances and case preparation.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in drafting and legal research.
- Exposure to court appearances, particularly before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, or similar forums.
- Genuine interest in learning and working across multiple practice areas.
