Details of the Job/Internship
IPR Law Associates is hiring an Associate with approximately 1–2 years of experience in intellectual property law to join its team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle IP prosecution, opposition, and litigation matters related to trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs.
- Draft, review, and finalise documents including notices of opposition, counter statements, evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47, cease and desist notices and replies, deeds of assignment, rectification notices, and counters.
- Assist in and attend IP litigation matters before tribunals and courts.
- Represent clients before IP statutory authorities and courts, as required.
- Work closely with the litigation team on case strategy and ongoing matters.
- Provide clear, practical, and well-reasoned legal advice on IP issues.
- Support clients through IP protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution stages.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognised university.
- Enrolled and eligible to practise law in India.
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law.
