Details of the Job/Internship
J V N & Co LLP is hiring an Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with business setup, regulatory compliance, strategic financial planning, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Support in contract drafting, statutory register maintenance, and corporate compliance.
Eligibility
- Understanding of business setup and expansion processes.
- Strong financial planning and risk assessment skills.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Knowledge of contract drafting and annual filings.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Experience in international business or taxation is a plus.
