Details of the Job/Internship

Jaitley & Bakhshi LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of a minimum of 3 years to join its New Delhi office. The role involves handling corporate litigation, disputes, arbitration, and corporate transactions, along with drafting and court appearances.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, applications, replies, and related pleadings.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Brief senior advocates and advocates.
• Draft legal notices, agreements, and related documents.

Eligibility

• LLB from a Tier 1 college or institute.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of corporate litigation and disputes, arbitration, and corporate transactions.
• Experience of working in reputed law firms.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Salary/Stipend
