Jayakar and Partners, Advocates and Solicitors is hiring an Associate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage matters across courts, tribunals, and authorities.
• Represent clients in civil and criminal proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, agreements, notices, and legal opinions.
• Liaise with clients and provide legal advice.
• Brief and coordinate with counsels.
• Support real estate and commercial transactions.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised institution.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
