Jayanth Pattanshetti Associates LLP is hiring an Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate transactions, regulations, and case law.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closings.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact client interests.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong interest in real estate law and a desire to develop expertise in this field.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience or coursework in real estate law is a plus.
- A good command of Kannada and English language is a must.
