JSA is hiring an Associate with focused experience in employment law to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on employment law matters.
- Draft and review employment documentation.
- Handle employment due diligence and employment issues in corporate transactions.
- Undertake HR audits and conduct POSH/white-collar investigations.
Eligibility
- Experience in employment law advisory.
- Experience in employment documentation, due diligence, HR audits, and POSH/white-collar investigations.
